"The hotel and hotel room were lovely and clean with high quality fittings and fixtures. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had locked patio doors with no balcony which was a bit odd so it would've been nice to have the option to open a window slightly. Also the TV casting didn't work and also the guide wasn't working properly so none of the programmes on the TV channels were displaying. I also wish the mini bar fridge contained a carton of milk as opposed to UHT pots on the...

"It is a great location for exploring Edinburgh. Within walking distance of shops pubs and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return. "

Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was clean, cosy and comfortable, well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and also given a complimentary drinks voucher to use at their in house bar lovely little added touch, great value for money and I would definitely return!!"

"Very good stay with no complaints. The breakfast was amazing, free carpark and closed to all amenities. Around just over half an hour walk to the castle of Edinburgh and there's also a bus stop right outside to get us to the centre. The check out should be at 12pm and not 11am... Apart from that, everything else was good and I will stay there again. "
