"My partner and I were exceptionally pleased with the service and staff at the Brilliant hotel. we were extremely impressed with the restaurant manager in particular who made sure to take care of us whenever we came through in the morning for breakfast. David was extremely attentive and caring and was very kind to our family during the holiday season, which was extremely busy, but he took the time and care to make sure that we were happy with our service and our food the staff were always taking care of us immediately upon request and helped us even find outside laundry service. The hotel had laundry service, but it’s always exorbitant in expense and they were able to find a much better way for us. They helped us with directions. They helped us with recommendations and the cleaning crew were amazing. We will definitely be back because of the great service we received at the Brilliant hotel in DaNang! "

The hotel is quiet, clean and close to all local coffee shops and restaurants.The afternoon tea is a nice feature. Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. "Lovely modern hotel. Large room and excellent king bed and pillows. We had a far reaching view along the sandy beach, which my husband ran along every morning. Breakfast choices were good. Lovely rooftop pool and indoor bar where you can order restaurant food in the evenings if you don’t want to eat in the main restaurant. I couldn’t find anything to complain about in the hotel😂. We used Grab easily for cheap local taxis, as we weren’t within walking distance of central locations. We did a day trip to Ba Na Hills (wonderful cable car ride with great views, but a very strange artificial place!), which we organised online and were picked up/dropped off at the hotel. "
