"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. Many thanks."

"We booked this chalet for 5 days / 4 nights in May for two people. The check in was super easy, we had contact with the host via whatsapp and they were super flexibel for our arrival. The property is very big, with a parking spot and an amazing private pool. We visited Soller a few times cause its only a 15min drive. Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more. "

"The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access. The area is so quiet and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling. "The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. "Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. "The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. "Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

"Nice large apartments with cooking facilities, but I hugely recommended buying half board as the food is delicious and holidays are for relaxing. We had sea view, under a minute from the beach."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
