"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. "It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday and felt spacious with a garden around it and lots of areas to sit outside. The swimming pool is particularly nice and we really enjoyed the BBQ/outside kitchen area alongside it. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked efficiently. It is a short walk from the house into Alcudia town which is a lovely Moorish walled town with a really good market on Tuesdays and Sundays. We also went to Alcudia beach which is a 5 minute drive...

"Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...
