"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. "The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...

"Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

"Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal."
