"The adults only roof top pool/bar/sun deck stole the show. It was so quiet and relaxin up there and never busy. The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. The restaurant staff ran a tight ship and got tables turned over quickly. The bar staff were hit and miss. 2 in particular stood out to us, a man named Reuben and a yound lady whose name i didnt get. "Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too."

Close to the beach Let down by groups of young boys making noise into early morning Not for families in my experience Staff did their best to get boys to quieten down but impossible task Drunk and high not easy to reason with Good news not English. Mainly German and French. Noise started at 3am most mornings until about 5am or so"

"It was wonderful- I highly recommend this property. It is close to downtown Lloret and yet away to be more quite. Only minutes walk to the beach! I loved it in here. "
