"The hotel is in a fantastic location, quiet away from the road and the views are amazing. The breakfast offer is until 1pm in the afternoon, you can sit inside with some views of the sea or there is seating outside on the promenade which is amazing and so lovely to have breakfast/brunch there. The room is fairly basic but nice, clean, the bathroom is modern and the view totally from the room and balcony sells it. The solarium is lovely to sit/lay out on also. Other facilities at the sister hotels nearby can be used. The lady on the reception is extremely helpful and always busy. I would definitely stay here again."

"Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters "

"Fantastic location steps away from Fenals Beach and a short walk to Lloret de Mar centre. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The suite/apartment is very big and furnished in grand style. Easy to see that it was a luxury 5 star hotel back in the day. The lobby area leads to spacious bedroom with lovely big double beds, huge tv, and generous balcony with furniture (ours overlooked the street/another hotel but it was fine and very private), bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and patio doors also leading to the balcony which can be opened, separate WC. There is also a walk in closet which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom also leads to a separate office/bar/kitchenette area. As it is so near the beach we only used the hotel pool once. It was clean and nice to swim in. The downsides were the numerous broken plug sockets in the room, some of which did not look safe. I think this would be a hazard if staying with young children. The balcony furniture is in desperate need of replacing, or at least re-covering the cushions. The carpet was ok but would be more hygienic if tiled. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind not everything being perfect, especially because of its location. It will be amazing with a bit of investment to restore it to its former glory. "

"The cleaning staff was amazing and the breakfast staff was lovely didnt quite like the gentleman at the bar who saw me with my luggage after checking out as i was waiting for my kids he ushered me off the chairs even though i stayed at the hotel moments before hand and even when expalining he was still ushering me away like flies . Apart from that lovely welcome and stay "
