"We loved everything about our stay. We got a free upgrade to the Hideaway at the top of the hotel - it was huge a whole flat with smart TVs and was so comfortable. All the staff, Jeremy and Rebecca were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding - all cooked to order with loads of choice which puts larger expensive hotels to shame. Dinner in the bar area was also excellent - good quality food - they had a menu celebrating asparagus as it has just come into season and is grown locally. We had such a perfect weekend celebrating a birthday thanks to the Great Malvern Hotel. "
