"Lovely one night stay. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the piano man entertainment immensely in the Merlin bar. Nice relaxed space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good. "

"Beautiful place to stay, very friendly, welcoming staff who offered very good service. We had a lovely courtyard room, very clean, had everything we needed, excellent food both dinner and breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
