"Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x"

"What makes this B+B stand out is the attention to detail in making guests comfortable. Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. On top of this the surrounding countryside is beautiful and quiet, the breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice, and the hosts provide a warm welcome."

"I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed. The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. "

"Spacious room with access to mezzanine floor containing air beds and use of kitchen as agreed with the owners. We were there to attend our daughter's 40th birthday party and were able to use the kitchen to complete decorating the cake which we took to the party. Nice breakfast and convivial hosts."

"Cam was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room is for 1 or a couple and had everything you need. The is no restaurant but the Nags head was a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was very relaxing and delicious. Bow the new poodle was adorable and very entertaining. "

"The 'Pendine Sands B B' is adjacent to a spectacular looking medivial church. (By the way: we attended a Sunday Mass and we were taken aback by the warmth of the congregation, with which we - total strangers - were welcomed). The entire area is very serene and calming. The hosts are the kindest people we have met for as long as I can remember. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Everything in this property is spotless and to the highest of standards. So much attention to detail is not...

"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "On arrival we were greeted by the owners who made us very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, breakfast outstanding. They could not do enough for us especially with my wife’s disability. We are looking forward to returning in the future."
