Only let downs were finding a previous guests’ toenail clippings on the floor and left in the wooden panel above the bed (seriously, who does that?! grim!). The main disappointment was the seriously poor sound proofing. The rooms are adjoining so in terms of sound, it was like living with room mates with the adjoining room. For the amount spent on finishing, hard to understand why the soundproofing was neglected. Other reviews seem to complain about the...

"A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon. "
