"We did not stay at the hotel due to an emergency. However, when we sent a message to cancel our booking, the staff was very helpful and did not charge us any fees, even though we canceled on the same day as our check-in."

"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future. "

"Stayed while visiting Newport for the marathon. Lovely clean and modern hotel. Huge powerful shower and comfortable bed. Large rooms with great air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were friendly and responsive. A great experience. "
