"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. Fabulous location - you can easily drive places and there’s a nice walk down to the beach and local pub. We have stayed at Colby Cottage three times now and I would recommend it to anyone. "

"Lovely modern feel property in a perfect location to reach amazing places. Upon arrival we were pleased with the cottage, however the downstairs does feel rather cold and this was in August. The hot tub was lovely but did have a large amount of sand in there from previous guests. The wet room is a hazard as it is so slippery once used and as previous guests mentioned it does not dry up at all. When booking it said towels were included so I didn’t take any with me for a family of 4, the towels...
