Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. "Asos is a gorgeous place and this unit is right on the water so 5 stars on this. The unit is clean and has good a/c and bed. Charlie, however, rarely answered my messages. And the bathroom is a hot mess organizationally. No towel bars and zero counter space. Both the shower and sink spray water all over the room. "We really enjoyed our stay, we weren't to sure about the location and the airport, but it was fine. Dimitris and Niki were excellent hosts, there only ambition was for us to enjoy our stay in Kefalonia. The property had a real family feel, Niki's dad would visit most days to tend to the gardens, always a wave and a warm smile. There are some excellent restaurants a short drive away. "

"Das Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen, die Aussicht war wunderschön, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Im Apartment gab es alles, was man brauchen könnte. Die Gastgeber Anna und Spyros waren sehr nett und haben immer ausgeholfen, wenn wir etwas brauchten, wie zum Beispiel Tipps zu den schönsten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Außerdem bekamen wir bei der Ankunft Wein, Wasser, Kuchen und Obst, was sehr großzügig war!). In der Nähe des Apartments gabs auch einige Restaurant zu Fuß zu erreichen....

"We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday."

"We were a late booking August 2023 and were so pleased with the villa and owners attention to any issues and our enjoyment. Great property in a pretty and peaceful location, just a short drive from wonderful Lixouri and beaches. As 5 adults we had plenty of room and 3 out of 4 bedrooms with en-suites was a luxury we hardly expected when searching for the villa. The only minor gripe would be fridge space. The standard fridge freezer was a little restrictive for 5 adults and would be inadequate...
