"A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again. "

"The view from our balcony was outstanding. Gorgeous waters with access just across the street for swimming. Accommodations were spotless. Everything you need for a wonderful stay was in the unit. 15 minute easy walk to Fiscardo town. Anthony and family really do a fantastic job to create a complete and wonderful base for your holiday. "LV offered us very basic, no-frills accommodation at a decent price. The landscaping and buildings were nice and the pool and bar were clean and well-operated. Our actual “apartment” was not nice. There was a twin bed in the kitchen (no headboard, no linens, no pillow). The bedroom had a full-size bed with linens and two pillows, but no blanket, just sheets. "Really nice stay at this property. Even if we travelled during those unusual covid-days with the necessary restrictions, they did their best to keep us happy. Quiet location, clean room, nice view to the sea and close to the beach."

"The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday."

"Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future."

"Beautiful location, amazing food and wine and a fantastic service. The yoga, meditation and sound healing classes were amazing. The gym had been plenty of machines and equipment do workouts and there were endless classes. We will definitely be back on a regular basis. "

Ideal hotel for Argostoli trip

"Perfectly located hotel, rooms petite but perfectly arranged. Comfortable bed with good quality linens, beautiful balcony with sun beds and sea view. Breakfast varied and good quality. Lovely rooftop sunbathing area and jacuzzi. Would highly recommend a stay. "

Fantastic Stay

"We had a fantastic stay at Zest at Xi beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfectly adequate in size foralways a couple. The studio was immaculately clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool. It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Petros. We would highly recommend Zest and have already booked to return. "

"An excellent place to stay, close to the Airport and to Lassi and Agostoli. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing break by the pool / beach with dinner options in nearby towns or on site. The views from the hotel are as good as the pictures suggest. Would recommend "
