The ladies in the store and the folks at the front desk were all fabulous and always had a smile on their face. The pool says it’s heated but it’s definitely freezing! "We have stayed at the dream house next door and comparing this to the explorer. Explorers indoor play area great. Swimming pool was great better than the Vienna dream house. Dinning was ok pizza and sit in restaurant was ok nothing amazing. The beer was pretty flat. Most drinks were served in hot glasses. "This hotel is ok, it’s clean and modern and the staff professional but yet it lacks some charm. It’s the equivalent of Premier Inn in the UK albeit with a pool (which you can’t use until June anyway) the free parking is excellent though. There’s just not much around the area despite its proximity to Disney, no town centre as such and limited places to eat without going for a drive. I was there with work so it did the job.
