"Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Venediger Lodge is a brand new building, where the Gasthof Neuhof was located in the very centre of Neukirchen. Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. "The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"We found this place to stay after driving Hohe Tauern Road. This is a wonderful family owned farm with very nice, roomy accomodations mainly geared towards families with young kids but wonderful if you just need a nice break from travel. Very polite and helpful service. Wonderful breakfast buffet, Including farm fresh milk and butter. It was a one night stopover for us but if you need a multi night getaway with your children, this would be very nice. "

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

"I would avoid this one like the plague. It’s more akin to a hostel connected to the hotel 2 doors down. Rude and impatient staff, atrocious check-in, but worst of all: no internet at peak times (mornings and evenings). Really, in 2024? "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express."
