"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. "Die All-Inclusive Verpflegung ist wirklich hervorragend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, weder für die Kinder, noch für die Erwachsenen. Innenpool ist angenehm warm und die Rutsche der Wahnsinn. Einziges Manko: Wir bekamen beim Check-In fast keine Infos. Ein Infofolder oder kurze Übersicht am TV über sämtliche Aktivitäten wäre super gewesen."

"Hotellet har stort potentiale, og ligger super i forhold til ski området. Dog har de en del begyndervanskeligheder. Beskrivelsen af værelset var ikke i orden. Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, det fik vi også, men foran var parkeringspladsen. Vi havde bla. valgt hotellet da de havde el ladestandere. Da vi ankom kunne de ikke sige om de virkede.
