"The home is in a nice and safe location. Lovely exterior and interior. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linens and plenty of absorbent towels. Very clean.Hot water is slow to heat up in sinks, showers and bathtub. House needs to add more kitchen flatware - there were only 5 teaspoons, 1 tablespoon, but sufficient forks and knives. Also would be nice to have a non-plastic tea kettle.Please add indoor mat at back door to wipe shoes and avoid puddles and dirt...

"Ten family members from four states convened in Andover for a holiday reunion and retreat. This was a great house for that. Great layout, spacious common areas, ample windows to welcome natural light, a fully equipped kitchen (great for this group that did its own cooking), comfy beds, and a great location. The home is a testament to the solidity of post-war construction. Some other family members from the local area came to visit on a couple of occasions, and all commented on the suitability...

"The house is very spacious and the layout of the 4 bedrooms upstairs offered privacy and soundproofing which was great because we had 2 infants. Bathrooms are terrific and well designed. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable and felt very safe. While we were looking forward to using the finished basement space, we weren’t able to because of the musty smell.
