"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. "The hotel area smelt of curry and beer with sticky floors, which was not a good start. The person at reception was confused why I was there, then realised I was the last person they were expecting. When I did get a key, there was silence before I asked where the rooms were. The bathroom smelt mouldy (which it was), the shower plumbing needed to be cleared as it was blocked, and the sink plug locked in place.
