I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay."

"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day.
