The unit was conveniently located with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a plus! Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, accommodating, and made sure our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We love OC and this was such a beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving !! Layout is great large room with many beds upstairs worked great for us with group of family teens and other rooms with multiple bathrooms is excellent - loved the porches to see sunset sunrise depending on time of year and and even a little peek of the ocean "

"This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this...

"Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! "

"A few friends went for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 6. The owner was fantastic with communication and allowed us to have a later checkout. We would love to come back!"

"The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan! "
