"The location and neighborhood are excellent and the home is very nicely remodeled. The furnishings need some attention. The second bathroom is in the basement and is very primitive. Towels and washcloths were not provided in sufficient numbers for four guests for three nights. Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in the house. "Such a peaceful home, beautifully appointed with perfect little touches throughout. Front door framed by beautiful lead crystal windows leads to roomy front porch for morning coffee, cuddling on the swing seat with a good book, comfortable chairs for gathering. We watched the full moon come over the hill glittering on the Ohio River both from the porch and a bench at the edge of the river bank. "This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our family of 10 adults and 2 teenage children (not all at one time – staggered visits) enjoyed using the kayaks, fire pit, and game room. Great location with a number of farmer’s markets nearby The well equipped kitchen and gas grill on the patio made making dinner plans easy. Highly recommend!"
