"Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. "

"Overall it as a mixed experience. On the upside, the experience at the mountainside tent/room where skis and boots were stored was amazing. The guys/girls were fun, attentive and super helpful! Another big plus was the 3:00 cookie and brownie treats by the fireplace. Unfortunately, some issues did emerge: The first day the heat/cooling electrical system in our room wasn't working and required a rather lengthy repair. On a few days, after a long day of skiing we were looking forward to hot...

"Stayed here for a long weekend to ski vail. Close to lifts (short 5 minute walk), dining and shopping. Outdoor Hot tubs and pool nicely cared for and enjoyable. Parking garage easy to access. Ice rink just below resort. Would stay again! "
