Dog-friendly Vail studio condo, perfectly located in the heart of Lionshead Village, offering nearly ski-in/ski-out access to Vail Mountain. Just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School, you’ll be right at the center of all the action. Enjoy stunning Vail Mountain and Village views from your private balcony, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a drink after a day of outdoor adventures. Step outside and you’re minutes from skiing, hiking, shopping, dining, and vibrant entertainment in both Lionshead and Vail. The Lift House is conveniently situated on the Town of Vail’s free bus line, making it easy to explore all of Vail Village as well. This is the ideal spot to enjoy all that Vail has to offer, with your four-legged friend by your side!

STUDIO FEATURES: Inside your studio is a queen size bed and 1 full bathroom. A kitchenette that is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The living space boasts a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and balcony.

LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES: Dogs are welcome at Lift House Lodge for an additional fee of $35 per night, per dog. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit, per night. Please ask for pet friendly unit availability.
Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry.
Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors.
LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter, and $25 per night non-winter. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead garage is $60/day in the winter, and $35/day in the summer.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor.

very close to the clock tower, but is not the clock tower. they were in the middle of remodeling for the season so hats off to them for upgrading the place. Parking is expensive, luckily we didn't pay during the off season. also parking is limited in the area. overall we had a nice peaceful stay in the off season

Perfect getaway
We visited early December and had the best ski conditions and this accommodation was the perfect location to rent skis, grab food, go shopping, and most importantly walk to the ski lift. We are already looking to return this summer.

stayed here for the Vail Dance Festival. Love the location and the ease of getting the free bus to the Ford Amp. great location of Eagle Bahn Gondola, hiking, dining, shopping. Kids playground very close.

Perfect Snowboarding Trip Spot
Location was everything at this unit, easy access to Eagle Bahn and Born Free lifts, easy walk to nearby dining and shopping, easy to get back to the unit for a quick change of clothes. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable stay at Lifthouse condos
The Lifthouse condos are in a great position in the heart of Lionshead village, only minutes walk from the gondola. The studio/ condo is well equipped and the size is adequate for two, but it would be tight for four. We stayed for five nights. There was plenty of well designed clothes storage. It was unfortunate that the WiFI was down for the majority of our stay. We felt that the condo was average value for the price.

Awesome spot for a short trip
My 18 year old son wanted to go to vail for a few days to ski and we were lucky to find this reasonably priced condo that is steps away from the Eagle Bahn gondola!! It is a bit dated but is clean and comfortable. Beds, even the soft bed, are super comfortable. I wish they had a hot tub but we were ok without it.

Amazing Location Great Place
Brittany and the staff were extremely helpful prior to arrival. She made the whole process very easy. The room was just what I needed. Cozy with a comfortable bed. Perfect little kitchenette area in unit for quick breakfast. Fireplace with a click of a switch and a balcony over looking shops and mountain. It’s a 2 min walk to gondola with a coffee stop on the way. I will stay here again.

This is a good value at a great location. But that’s it as far as the benefits go. The pictures are extremely misleading. Tiny space with completely outdated furnishings. The hot tub is not available and the laundry is coin operated in the basement.

Pros ... location, location, location ... great views from 213 (recommend X12-X15 rooms if you can get them) ... little dated facility, but for sleeping and hanging out it was great ... kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast, etc. ... beds were comfortable enough Cons ... know the parking price if you drive ($45/night) ... no hot tub (Covid closed) and no ski lockers, so everything goes back to the room (you can put stuff on veranda or in the hall) Overall, would go back for the price we paid for a holiday weekend

The unit was clean and quite livable, it's just very expensive for what it is. It's a very basic, very plain studio apartment in need of some maintenance. The premium cost (double what you might expect) is clearly just due to being in Vail, in the Lionshead village and very close to the lifts. In the future, we would try to find some place more affordable away from the village.

Great location
Pros - location is fantastic to both the lift, lions head town( food shopping, etc) and vail village ( by walk or free town bus) - balcony was fantastic - Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to assist my wife and I in having a fantastic stay. - Gas Fireplace was great - the little kitchen had everything we needed ( coffee maker, toaster, salt/pepper, etc) Cons: -The non-updated rooms are just that… not updated, but they are clean and comfortable. - hot water takes a while to heat during peak bathing hours. - The place is a little old but if you don’t mind that, it really is a fantastic place to stay as I certainly would stay again w/o question. Also, there are updates rooms available… Another thank you to Britttany. Just great!

Dated property, needs updating! Hot tub nonfunctional per staff for years. Lots of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan. Plenty of storage space. All necessary kitchen supplies provided. We had to turn off the heat completely as it was extremely hot in the unit. There was a hole in the bathtub. Controls on hair dryer damaged. Kitchen sink faucet leaked when turned on.

Our flight was delayed so we had to check in late (their office closes at 5pm) by picking up the keys from a lockbox. Upon entering the room, we realized it was not the room that was shown in the listing. We called an after hours number, which ended up being a call center in Vermont. All they could do was take down our number and tell us someone will get back to us. No one did. Not that evening, not the following day. We didn’t even bother dealing with the front desk. Room cleanliness was subpar, bed covers missing, I mean you can’t make this stuff up. Stay away, there are far better options in Lionshead Village.

this location of this studio is excellent. However, the building and unit require significant updating. this is not the right place for a family of (3) with visiting guest or 2 joining for game night etc.. this is a dorm room style accommodation. great for 2 guys who do not care about the linens, towels, and overall condition/aesthetics of the unit. Many dorm rooms are nicer than this unit sadly. the hallways are tired and there were many wires hanging out of walls (?) making it feel odd and run down. sad. we did not have high expectations as our small dog was allowed. Yet this unit could have been terrific with updated furnishings, bedding/towels, kitchenette (circa 1978). Lastly, we had to depart just 12 hours after arriving due to Covid exposure. there is no credit or consideration for Covid impacted stays.

No lights, no hot water, locked out, entering with do not disturb.
The building has construction going on. Because of that the construction workers and equipment took up 5+ parking spaces, with employees telling people to park at other resorts “sh*t, it should be fine to park there”. The building was without power, and the hallways were pitch black. Because there was no power this also means the building had no hot water. The hallways were also dirty and not cleaned. We were locked out of our room after our first day. We were blamed for magnetizing the RFID chip. Which upon entering our room, our bath and floor towels were on our bed. This is despite us having the do not disturb sign on. The shower ceiling and bedroom ceiling had brown spots. Overall, this was a really disappointing and unprofessional experience. If possible I highly recommend finding different lodging options.

we arrived, just before closing, to find out someone else was in our room.....had we arrived 5 minutes later, we would have been totally screwed...office closed, someone in our room....not very good VRBO/Vail.....otherwise all was fine.
