"Absolutely great view and location. The staff was exceptional, especially Patricia the manager. They checked with me four times before I arrive just to make sure I understood the instructions for late arrival. They even moved my room because they were doing construction work or renovating making everything updated and it bothered my asthma. They answered after hours and went above and beyond. Great location for dogs."

"We were in Vail for the first time for a family wedding so we stayed for the week to hike and explore. I was in contact with Anne ( owner) via email prior and all of her advice was SPOT on! She assured us we did not need to rent a car b/c we were flying into the local airport and could walk everywhere or take the free bus. It was so easy to get around and everything we needed was near the condo. The free parking spot that comes with the condo is a GREAT asset...we did not use it, but parking in Vail/Lionshead village is at a premium and overnight parking is very expensive. The condo is small and cozy but had everything we needed. I requested a full length mirror ( I was going to several dressy events with the wedding) and it delivered that afternoon! The kitchen had all of the basic pots/pans/appliances (we prepared breakfast and lunches at home) plus coffee grounds, an array of spices, and a drawer with Saran Wrap, foil, ziplock bags etc. It worked great for us! There is a “market” about a block from the condo that had a nice assortment of food products ( fresh and packaged) as well as alcohol. So convenient!! This condo is not “new and modern” but it is clean and comfy and we loved it. The location cannot be beat, especially it you plan to ski or hike and want to be in the Vail village area. We hope to come back next fall and stay in it again (with friends this time) to hike again. Condo not good for seniors: too many exterior steps and showers required step up to enter "
