"The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. The onsight parking spaces were very tight and some were difficult to get into. Everything else was great! Hotel breakfast had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, yogurts and cereals....all the normal offerings of many hotel breakfasts. "

"A very convenient location to explore Caen and Lower Normandy. We made several day trips out from St. Michel in the west to the D-Day beaches. Caen has a lot to offer from William the Conqueror's tomb to wonderful restaurants."

"We stayed two nights a week apart. Hotel is a few minutes walk fro train station and numerous restaurants. Trams station is right outside the door takes you to shopping as well as a shopping center in the same building. "

"We had a rented car, so we appreciated the convenient parking right at the hotel. There is optional secure parking for a moderate fee. We had a "double" room, which was very small with tiny cupboards for clothing and other items. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained and quiet."
