The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! And Jasmine from Robin’s Grill, we had amazing meal (I highly recommend this place). From their amazing customer service, we will definitely come back this year! "Very roomy guest room inside Taipei without a high price tag. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Literally next to Daan subway station ExitNo. 6, making it super convenient to get around the entire city."

"Staff was excellent and professional. Property was slightly dated, but not by much and still very comfortable. Everything was walkable - 2 MRT stations, night market, etc. It was close enough to get to Daan and Taipei 101, but far enough that it was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend."
