"The front desk has limited working hours but opens up for late arrivals. The hotel staff member was friendly and helpful. The entrance was spotless and the room was great. What would have made the stay even better, especially as I arrived quite late, would have been basic toiletries like shampoo. "

"I stayed here approximately 2 1/2 weeks prior. I had such a hreat experience, I booked here on my return trip home. My only complaint was that I have a setvice dog. She's 55#. The trip prior, no issues at all with her. This time, when checking in I was told they jad a 40# weight limit. I was told that the last time and mentioned she is a service dog. I was told, "the weight linit doesn't apply then." This time I was told, " it doesn't mqtter that she's a service dog. It's 40#." I told hi., " I was here 2 1/2 weeks ago. Her weight wasn't an issue. Okay, we'll go." He then said to wait. Pulled up my history, tried to call someone. Came back and told me we could stay as we indeed stayed there before. But, in the future, there is a 40# weight limit. Duly noted. In March when I have to go back to Illinois again, I'll book somewhere else."
