"The Lincoln Hotel was perfectly positioned for our 4 day break in Lincoln, directly opposite tge cathedral. Having an onsite car park was a also a key factor. We had a nice Sunday lunch in the hotel when we arrived on Sunday. "

It is the first hotel we have stayed at with no reception or any evidence of someone being there in case of emergency but it seems to work ok. DIY breakfast was also new to us but once we had found the kitchen which was spotless everything fell into place. "A lovely independent hotel, located near castle and cathedral. For high street shops its a trip up and down steep hill but worth staying near the top. My room had castle view, room has good amenities . Really enjoyable stay and I recommend staying here or visiting the bar or restaurant. "
