"This is my third stay at this property. It is a favorite. I would recommend anyone to stay here. "

"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

"This is a lovely house that was very comfortable for the six of us, traveling along the south coast of England. It was historic feeling with the older gate house but had modern appliances and great family areas as well as pretty bedrooms. The walk to the sea is an easy, sheltered walkway and in the evenings, we saw local foxes, which was charming, especially for the kids. "The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. "This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "
