We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"We really enjoyed the house. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. The house has great AC in the bedrooms and common area, as well as fans both indoors and in the outdoor patio/kitchen bbq area. "This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....

We did have a difficult time with communication prior to check in, as the host didn't reply to several messages about how to get in over the 24 hours before our check in. "Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"
