The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The adults and kids (1.5-5yrs) loved swimming in the pools, especially the small pool right at the edge of the ocean. Truly magical. We all enjoyed relaxing in the various outdoor spaces and found the indoor spaces clean and adequate for our party of 10. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all of my many questions. "Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. "Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
