"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "If you are looking to immerse yourself in culture this is the place to be. There are tons of food trucks, bakeries, fresh markets, and even a wal-mart/outlet mall nearby. The highlights: The layout of the home is perfect for individual groups. There are 3 double bed apartments on the bottom and a larger main level. The view is amazing, you are directly on the beach and the house pool is decent sized. Beds were comfy. Maintenence came a few times during our stay to mow and clean the pool. Needs...

The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. "Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."
