"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "If you are looking to immerse yourself in culture this is the place to be. There are tons of food trucks, bakeries, fresh markets, and even a wal-mart/outlet mall nearby. The highlights: The layout of the home is perfect for individual groups. There are 3 double bed apartments on the bottom and a larger main level. "What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. "This house was perfect for our party of 8 (5 adults and 3 teens). The listing and pictures are accurate. Very clean, pool and yard were spacious and nice and the couch was a fan favorite for the comfort. Beds were comfy as well and the rooms were all nice sizes. Only a half a block away from the grocery store and 10 minute drive to the beaches in Isabela.Host was nice, very responsive and super quick to answer. Amazing experience with this property."
