"Beautiful place to stay, lovely calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Great selection at breakfast. Only downside was no air-con in my bedroom and was very hot through the night. Would definitely stay again. "

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good food incl breakfast at the Skybar & restaurant. Nice touches with free complimentary mini bar and access to the spa. Very convenient for events at BP pulse arena. Only negative is some areas of the Spa incl pool and showers need a deep clean and freshen up with paint."
