"We stayed 4 nights and had a sea view room which was wonderful to fall asleep to the waves crashing .We took in breathtaking sunsets from our balcony!Our room was bright ,cheery ,quiet and very relaxing.The hot buffet breakfast was very delicious with many items to choose from and located in an area where one could sit back with coffee and enjoy the sea views .The kitchen staff and chefs were pleasant and kind and great cooks! .The hotel staff Francesca was a delight to work with! She organized our tour ,pick ups ,and gave us valuable information for sightseeing also.We explored Meta and ate the best pastry, considered the best pastry in the world ! We agree! The hotel offers free shuttles to Sorrento .The hotel was the perfect place to be by the ocean and to take the tours to the Amalfi coast and Capri.My husband and I would stay definitely stay here again!"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and helpful to answer any questions we had. Everything was always freshly cleaned. Our room was cleaned and towels refreshed daily, which was a welcome surprise (they don't do that in the U.S). Breakfast was included in our rate and it was excellent. There were options for everyone, and everything was delicious. Coffee/espresso was made to order and it was excellent. The staff was always friendly, and they even knew our orders after a couple of days. The breakfast room had a beautiful view of Mt. Vesuvius. We also had dinner and lunch once at the on-site restaurant, and that was also excellent. We used the shuttle to downtown Sorrento daily and that was always easy and reliable. We also walked to and from downtown a few times. Very doable and good exercise! The gym/fitness center that the hotel gave you access to didn't open until 7 or 9 depending on the day, which is a bit late for us, so we ended up running the hills around the hotel for workouts instead. I do wish the gym was accessible beginning at 6am, but it's ok, we made it work. The pool area was beautiful. The water was quite chilly, so we weren't able to swim around really. That's really my only complaint, is that the pool was quite cold. This was in late April. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, nice decor, and nice patio. "
