"Randall helped us so much from when we got there until we departed with excursions transportation everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend to go take a tour also with Samuel driver and tour guide with Daniel with Costa Rica unique tours. Oh and the views and drinks are amazing!! Pura Vida "

"Beautiful grounds and accommodations. You can walk to the pool or the thermal pools or ask for a ride. Food is inconsistent with breakfast good, lunch excellent and dinner a disappointment. You are at least an hour on a bumpy dirt road from anything so it is not like you can eat elsewhere. Service is great except for breakfast where they are understaffed. "Reception check in to check out, the staff was very friendly and they offer a variety of activities daily. The transportation was a bonus and if you catch a gentleman driver by the name of Errol, know he is the BEST and actually his demeanor and genuineness made the resort better! "Our group of 18 had an excellent stay the week that encompassed New Year's. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Lani and Matt are responsive and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Would highly recommend for a large group that is looking to have the whole place, like we did. "A very peaceful place to stay near the Liberia airport for a good price. The air conditioning worked very well and the front staff even adjusted check out for us to check out early and organized a taxi to be waiting for us as we left. "We stayed at this hotel between landing in Liberia Airport and traveling to Tamarindo nearby. It was a great, relaxing and cleanly place to stay during our trip. The restaurant on site was good and had friendly service. There’s not much in the surrounding area reachable on foot in terms of other food or groceries but for the one night that wasn’t a problem."

"Karaoke wasn't available one night that my group walked into Dj room. A Dj man said no karaoke. However, couple later; there were karaoke playing for other group. Confuse us? And disapoointed."

"Liked the good food, good pools, grounds were great, and people working there were great. The building is grand and built with great beauty but the place has seen a lot of use - the fixtures in the bathroom sinks are warn and tarnished, the door to the room was in need of being stripped and re-varnished. Still the place looks beautiful - but it does not look new. The place was clean and welcoming. "
