The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"

"House was comfortable. Quiet street outside of town. We had to detour when going into town because of road work along the river. It wasn’t too bad though. Added about 3 miles to the daily commute. Parked our Suburban on the street, but there isn’t much traffic. They do have a driveway but it is a little narrow and steep for a big vehicle. Overall it met our needs. And the hot tub was a plus."

"The Dayton Heritage Home is beautifully decorated and the size was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen is well appointed and, the living and dining areas are beautiful. The first floor master was much appreciated. Plenty of street parking in the Huffman historic district."

"I love it! This house lived up to the pictures. The house is clean and beautifully decorated; I can tell the owners take pride in making it a quality place to stay from the penny tile and mosaics in the showers and tile designs on the bathroom floors to the refinished original woodwork and exposed brick, to the furniture and wall decor and to the little oasis on the deck and the sensor lighting for the walkway. "We stayed here for 3 night with our two dogs. The house was very well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, they even supplied k-cup for your morning coffee. Looking forward to staying here again for longer."
