"The historic part of the hotel is as you would expect small. I recommend staying in the newer buildings. We stayed in the infamous Room 40 of the historic section. It’s definitely a bit creepy and is allegedly haunted. It features a huge antique King size sleigh bed. Great for couples. We didn’t see any ghosts, but the desk got complaints that we were moving furniture around and the TV was loud. Neither of which was true. "

"We stayed here twice this snow season, and both times, breakfast was delayed. The first time (Saturday), the cook was late, causing a 20-minute delay. The second time (also Saturday), the cook disappeared, and there was no hot food at all. We frequently stay at different Comfort Inns during our ski trips, and this is the ONLY one where we've encountered such issues with breakfast service. If you rely on a timely breakfast, especially for a busy morning, you may want to consider other options."

"Check in staff were super helpful. We did not know the hot tub and pool were not open, which bummed us out. We loved that all the rooms were animal friendly. The cookies were also Faboo!"

"I stayed here while attending a convention nearby. The staff was fantastic. I wasn’t in the hotel for many hours, but the room was more than adequate. The rooms and lobby offered all the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."

"We had such a nice time relaxing here. Very easy to let ourselves in. Incredibly clean place with everything you need. But the best part? The ability to watch horses play from your living room window. We spent a lot of time waking around the grounds saying hello to all of the beautiful horses. There are trails on the property too that we took advantage of. And the hosts are very attentive to any needs, though we didn't really need anything.
