"We traveled to jolly resort last week. Overall we enjoyed the beach and view from the room but we felt room service wasn’t the greatest. They charge an additional fee of $20 US dollars a day for stay. It’s supposed to cover for WiFi and other stuff but WiFi wasn’t the greatest. they don’t clean the rooms unless you stay for atleast 7 days nd if not you have to pay $10 US dollars a day. Room doesn’t provide a refrigerator or water so we recommend buying water or groceries in a near store by the...

"Beautiful overall. Staff was very helpful. This resort was everything. You may need a rental car if you want to explore St.Croix like we did, but staying there without leaving is great as well. Beach and pool area very nice as well. "

The staff were very friendly however, the room was not cleaned thoroughly on arrival and I had to call the front desk several times, to take the dirty towels and replace with clean towels.
