"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The check in went smoothly and our unit was ready for us. The resort is very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way. It’s ideally located if you don’t want to explore the island and stay put. There are a number of very good restaurants within the immediate walking area or just a short drive away. The beach and pool areas are exceptionally clean with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The only problem we found is...

"We got stuck there overnight in St Martin and they had availability. We have stayed there before. It is quite a comfortable place to stay and well situated. It was also quite reasonable for the night. We have stayed there multiple times and have always had a good experience. The people are extremely friendly. The only issue is you cannot check out late on a Saturday morning."

"Upon arriving to 3 Martini’s we found that it had undergone a name change and change in management. They had no availability for us and we were placed in what they sold to us as a “beachfront villa.” We paid extra for this and thanked them. It turned out to be a less than average room down the road covered in plastic and charged well beyond what it was worth. Do not book! "
