"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"This is a great base for a few days. Good restaurants around, small private beach, pool is wonderful, ocean view rooms are nice to relax. The front desk and coffee shop staff could definitely improve customer service. We had someone send us flowers in a bottle of champagne… The flowers were there for over 24 hours before they contacted us. We pick them up, and half an hour later our door went and they realize the bottle of champagne went with it. We felt terrible as we were delayed and thanking...

They had no availability for us and we were placed in what they sold to us as a “beachfront villa.” We paid extra for this and thanked them. It turned out to be a less than average room down the road covered in plastic and charged well beyond what it was worth. Do not book! "
