"Room were attend & clean very nice. Front desk Jamila and colleagues very nice to me. Restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent and sure lunch and dinner just the same, staff very friendly. Must stay again next time, it’s almost very close 30mins walk to most tours. Keep up the excellent job. Rogelio"

"Excellent service at the check in by Anthony who was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property. We absolutely love the room, lots of space and quiet. The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. We definitely appreciate the excellent service at your hotel in different departments. Thank you to provide this level of service in this charming and historic place. "

"Nice hotel, good location ,friendly staff . Loved the club room offering juice andntea, coffee all day long and nibbles. Room is okay, but very minimalist. The bed was very low. The bathroom with glass wall isnodd, not much privacy, and you enter through the shower...very odd. But at the end good value for money. "

"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. "A fabulous small boutique hotel in a great central location for visiting major sights in Lyon. Hotel was clean , welcoming and tasteful . It is an " on demand " hotel as the staff put it so if you want water or kettle you have to request them and go and get them from reception. "This is a very nice hotel and convenient to downtown either via the bus right in front that goes along the river or via Uber. It was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our biking tour in France. I definitely recommend it. They have an amazing spa there as well. "

"a quick overnight stay on a drive back from Spain, location was good and easy to find with a secure car park. The bar was open late and the breakfast was very good with a good choice of food which was also of high quality"

"Room was generally clean, very basic room, it was super worth the price that we paid! Hair dryer upon request at the concierge, and the concierge was very friendly and nice. Just make sure to figure your way there earlier as bus timings are irregular, but it is 40 mins from the city which is not bad at all!!! Highly recommend. "

Very tired rooms

"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly."

"The rooms are enormous and the service from all staff was really a 5/5. Free spa amenities wet and dry saunas, hot tub, pool with nice robes and slippers provided with the room. There are only 22 rooms so they get to know each guest very quickly. Great stay and would highly recommend."
