"The rooms are enormous and the service from all staff was really a 5/5. Free spa amenities wet and dry saunas, hot tub, pool with nice robes and slippers provided with the room. There are only 22 rooms so they get to know each guest very quickly. Great stay and would highly recommend."

"Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around."

"Arrived at 10:30pm after a 15hr drive from the UK. Checked in easily and we were able to park right outside the room. Very spacious, a double and a single bed with loads of room around the beds. Plenty of sockets including USB and USB-C either side of the double bed. Aircon, full sized fridge and microwave included (although didn't use). Spacious bathroom with shower over bath. Security gate and fencing all around the property. If you have an EV, there are Tesla Supercharges within a 5 min walk. Didn't stay for breakfast as we had to get back on the road. "

"Unfortunately the specifically booked (and confirmed via telephone) twin access room wasn’t set up for our visit (perhaps too short notice). The staff found a good solution and were helpful. The restaurant was overbooked, stressed staff, no knives to eat with, slow service, salad was unwashed … not great. "
