They let us in the room early and when luggage finally arrived, even brought it up to the room! Enjoyed a fabulous and delicious breakfast the next morning before our next part of our trip! "

"Staff was professional and went out of their way to help plan my next day ski travel. Breakfast was wholesome delicious and healthy, with a high quality selection. Bed was very comfortable - you can tell the management is constantly on watch for necessary improvements. Room was clean, chic, and a tranquil oasis. Location is perfect: a 7 minute walk to Geneva station and surrounded by diverse international selection of restaurants and as in all Switzerland, very safe."

"I was put in the wrong room originally but they were able to move me to the room I originally booked. Staff were always pleasant. They do speak English which is good. Also they provided a transportation pass for the train and bus to get around which came in handy. I will be back in July and plan to stay here again. "
