"We loved staying at Hotel Kipling. What a great place with great service. Our flight had arrived early in the morning and we were tired and arrived at Hotel Kipling without our luggage. They let us in the room early and when luggage finally arrived, even brought it up to the room! Enjoyed a fabulous and delicious breakfast the next morning before our next part of our trip! "

"I was put in the wrong room originally but they were able to move me to the room I originally booked. Staff were always pleasant. They do speak English which is good. Also they provided a transportation pass for the train and bus to get around which came in handy. I will be back in July and plan to stay here again. "
