"This was a lovely little room, very comfortable. Not a lot open on Sunday in the town. No restaurants or cafes or even grocery store. If you want to eat on Sunday, you have to drive into chamonix or wait until the restaurant opens at 6:00 pm. Wish the breakfast was included. It looked delicious! "

"This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean - cleaned every day by their wonderful team. Really good breakfast. Great location - 1 minute walk to the bus stop or 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Convenient boot room for ski storage and a wonderful swimming pool. The staff cannot do enough for you - so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 3 times now and would highly recommend The Chris-Tal."

"Our chalet is wonderful - clean, well equipped, warm, very comfy beds. Managers Freddie and Linda have been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Fabulous gym and pool, sauana and steam room on site. All done superbly."

"We had a very welcoming and lovely stay at Hotel La Fontaine. The room was very clean, the towels nice and fluffy. The hotel has a nicely decorated bar and restaurant and provides lots of activities for the family including a lovely swimming pool. The hotel is not in a town and next to the main road to Charmonix. It provides a good base, if you have a car, for visiting the many resorts in the Alps. I would recommend staying at the hotel."

"A lovely base for our stay. The view from the room was incredible. Staff lovely and friendly. Pool and sauna was a lovely addition. I did expect a kettle in the room so was a little disappointed to not have one . In my opinion the bar also lacked atmosphere. I would stay again. "
