"Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...

"The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift. "Great Resort, on of the best, Room in a great location close to the slopes. The single beds room a little on the small side. Double beroom, Kitchen and Bathroom all great, Sofa bed a little uncomfortable (as usual with these) Only spoilt by a lack of attention by the staff, namely dust in the room where it hadn't been cleaned properly, WiFi that only worked intermittently due to a lack of available connections most of the time (under specified system) The Spa floor was always dirty, hot...

"Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "
