"The location of the hotel is ideal. The food at the Atelier is acceptable. There is some good restaurants near by that makes a change of the hotel food. The ski shop is also the ski locker. After a day of ski there is always someone to take care of your boots. A great thing is that boots are not heated (air dried) and are dry for the next day. Customer service is great. Every issue is adressed. The view from the room is breathtaking."

"We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The wifi was not great, but that was not a huge issue for the night. The hotel restaurant was packed on Saturday night - advise making a reservation ahead of time if you can."

"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"I’ll give an example as how our experience started and it didn’t get much better after this. First morning we went for breakfast, but the dining room was closed. We asked a member of staff who we told us the chef hadn’t turned up. No, apology just a shrug of the shoulders. As we went to the lift to go back to our room to think of plan b a couple emerged from the lift. “Oh, he hasn’t turned up again then” was their quote. A lovely apartment close to a “challenging” piste

"Lovely clean, well appointed apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. The piste basher was a welcome sight on the nights it was bashed. Altogether a great stay in a great location, easy to head over to les arcs via the vanoise express or into La plagne. Baker was a 5-10 minute walk. Clear communication from the apartment manager meant that check-in went without a hitch. Couldn’t fault it!"

Excellent location for ski

"Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"
