"The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...
