"The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2."

"We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. We pushed the issue and suddenly our rooms were available again. Rooms more spacious, better location but really run down. Beds were dipping in the middle or sloping to the sides. Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. "Spacious family apartment, beautifully decorated and centrally located. Despite its central location, the accommodation is very quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the breakfast experience didn’t quite match the quality of the accommodation. It is served in a nearby café, but the service was somewhat challenging and not the ideal way to start the day. "I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around."

"This B&B is located in the very heart of historical center of Gallipoli and within a walking distance to everything important. It has no lift but a lot of stairs. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The property is not reachable by car (you will need to walk with your luggage at least 150 metres) and has NO parking, even though the property info on hotels.com says that "it is available". We ended up parking 1km away from this place. "
